Aqua Delfina reserves the right to decline any participation request at its discretion. These terms are governed by applicable law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts selected by Aqua Delfina. Only authorized representatives of Aqua Delfina are entitled to amend these terms or make commitments regarding them.
2. **Booking and Cancellation Procedure**: Once a booking is made, it is considered final. There is no possibility for a refund.
3. **Cancellation Policy**: All bookings are firm and non-refundable upon confirmation.
**Adverse Weather Policy**: Participation will not be refunded due to adverse weather conditions or forecasts. Should inclement weather occur before or during an activity, Aqua Delfina will prioritize safety and maintain secure conditions until it is safe to continue. Adjustments to accommodations, apart from those already stipulated, are not included should adverse weather persist.
4. **Modifications**: While Aqua Delfina strives to operate as advertised, participants acknowledge that adjustments to an activity may be necessary due to local conditions. Aqua Delfina reserves the right to modify or change any services, schedules, or itineraries as needed, without compensation for loss of enjoyment. If a significant change occurs, Aqua Delfina will inform participants as soon as practical through the designated leader.
5. **Safety and Conduct**: Activities may be canceled at any time based on the assessment of the leader regarding safety, particularly concerning weather or sea conditions.
6. **Personal Responsibility**: Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. Individuals are responsible for their own safety and must arrange any necessary personal insurance to cover their participation, whether on land or in water.
7. **Identification**: It is the responsibility of each participant to carry valid identification and any required visas for the duration of their activities. Aqua Delfina assumes no responsibility for providing this information, which is shared in good faith.
8. **Compliance with Laws**: All participants must adhere to Croatian laws and regulations throughout their engagement with Aqua Delfina. Any damages or disruptions caused by individuals are the responsibility of those individuals, who must compensate for any such damages directly. Aqua Delfina reserves the right to terminate participation for anyone deemed to be causing distress or danger to themselves or others, with no obligation for refunds or compensation for resulting costs.
9. **Health Disclosure**: Participants must disclose any relevant health conditions at the time of booking. This disclosure enables Aqua Delfina to take necessary precautions. Failure to communicate this information may result in exclusion from participation, with no recourse for reimbursement.
10. **Feedback and Complaints**: If participants have concerns during any activity, they should inform the designated leader promptly to address issues effectively. Complaints should be documented in writing and submitted to Aqua Delfina immediately after completing the activity to be considered.
11. **Acknowledgment of Risk**: Participants accept that engaging in activities may involve risks and potential hazards. All bookings are made with the understanding that participants appreciate such risks and choose to partake voluntarily.

The name „Aqua Delfina,“ along with related graphics, logos, designs, and service names, are trademarks of Aqua Delfina in Croatia and other territories. These trademarks may not be used without prior written consent from Aqua Delfina.
