Aqua Delfina is a fellowship, a non-registered community of friends consisting of spiritualists, nature lovers, transcendentalists, seekers, yoginis, yogis, and bhaktas. Our purpose is to create a supportive community for individuals on their spiritual journeys, promote mindfulness and connection with nature, and foster collective growth and learning.

**Assumption of Risk:**
Participating in activities organized by Aqua Delfina involves inherent risks associated with engaging in various nature-based and spiritual activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, illness, or damage to personal property. By engaging in our services, you assume these risks and agree that Aqua Delfina and its members will not be held liable for any such incidents. Participants are encouraged to review their personal insurance policies to ensure they have adequate coverage for any potential incidents, accidents, or losses that may occur during fellowship activities.

**Compliance with Safety Guidelines:**
It is essential that all participants adhere to safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by Aqua Delfina. This includes following all guidelines related to physical activities, mindfulness practices, and outdoor experiences. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in termination of participation without refund.

**Weather and Environmental Conditions:**
Activities organized by Aqua Delfina are subject to weather and environmental conditions, which can change rapidly and unpredictably. Aqua Delfina reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled activities in the event of adverse conditions that may jeopardize the safety of participants. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the session leader or coordinator.

**Third-Party Services and Liability:**
Aqua Delfina may collaborate with third-party service providers for certain events or activities. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for any actions, omissions, or incidents arising from the provision of services by these third parties. Participants agree to release Aqua Delfina from any liability related to such services.

**Personal Belongings:**
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during fellowship activities. Aqua Delfina does not assume any liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items. It is recommended to securely store valuable possessions or leave them in a safe place prior to participating.

**Health and Fitness:**
Participating in activities organized by Aqua Delfina may require a certain level of physical fitness and health. It is the responsibility of participants to assess their own physical condition and ensure that they are capable of safely engaging in the activities involved. Aqua Delfina is not liable for any injuries or health-related issues that may arise due to undisclosed or pre-existing medical conditions.

**Pre-Existing Conditions and Allergies:**
Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in fellowship activities. Aqua Delfina will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such conditions but cannot guarantee the complete elimination of associated risks or allergens. Please inform us about any food allergies at least two weeks before the activity; otherwise, we cannot take them into account.

**Liability Disclaimer for Activities:**
Aqua Delfina assumes no responsibility for the quality of food and drinks and any potential consequences, nor for any outcomes resulting from the consumption of alcohol or drugs by participants. It is essential for participants to exercise personal responsibility and make informed decisions regarding their actions and choices during their time with Aqua Delfina.

Aqua Delfina will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses related to children participating in activities. Accompanying adults are responsible for the well-being and actions of any children in their care and must ensure that children follow safety instructions and behave appropriately during events.

**Age and Supervision:**
Participants must meet the minimum age requirements specified by Aqua Delfina for each activity. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for their well-being and compliance with safety guidelines.

**Prohibition of Pets:**
For the comfort and well-being of all participants, pets are not permitted during fellowship activities. This policy includes all types of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and other pets. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for the care and accommodation of your pets.

**Prohibition of Fishing and Harmful Activities:**
Fishing activities and harming any animals or plants during your time with Aqua Delfina are strictly prohibited.

**Prohibition of Alcohol and Drugs:**
For the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all participants, the consumption of alcohol and/or drugs is strictly prohibited during fellowship activities. Engaging in these activities may impair judgment and lead to unsafe behavior. Violating this policy may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

**Changes to Activities:**
Aqua Delfina reserves the right to modify planned activities, schedules, or locations due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

**Booking Terms and Conditions:**
Participants are subject to Aqua Delfina’s booking terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and specific terms related to participation. These terms and conditions are available upon request.

**Cancellation Policy:**
No reservations can be canceled or refunded after booking any activity. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for cancellations due to inclement weather or adverse conditions that arise before or during activities.

**Indemnification:**
Participants agree to indemnify and hold Aqua Delfina, its members, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in fellowship activities, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or violations of any laws or regulations.

**Environmental Responsibility:**
Aqua Delfina promotes environmental sustainability. Participants are expected to respect and follow all environmental guidelines and regulations during activities, including proper disposal of waste and adherence to conservation practices.
