Kašjuni Beach, Bene Beach, and Lubinski Porat Cove are three stunning locations situated in the Nature Park at Marjan Hill near Split. The beauty of these places is truly breathtaking, and each location has its own unique features that make it a must-visit destination for nature lovers and travelers. Kašjuni Beach is a small, secluded bay with crystal-clear waters and a pebble beach surrounded by pine trees. The bay is situated at the foot of Marjan Hill and offers a peaceful and tranquil setting for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. The waters are teeming with colorful marine life, and the beach is an excellent spot to watch the sunset while sipping on a refreshing drink.

Bene Beach, located just a short distance from Kašjuni Bay, is another beautiful destination that attracts visitors from all over the world. This long, sandy beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and playing beach games. The shallow waters are ideal for families with small children, and there are plenty of shady spots under the pine trees for those who want to escape the sun.

Lubinski Porat Cove is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the nature park. This secluded, sandy cove is accessible only by foot or boat, and its secluded location makes it a perfect spot for a peaceful swim. The crystal-clear waters are ideal for snorkeling, and the rocky coastline offers some excellent photo opportunities.

Šumica park or parking area in the town, next to the sea  often serves as a gathering place, especially during the warmer months, where people can enjoy picnics or socialize. The presence of walking paths along the beach, shaded areas, and a chess hut , where old grandmasters play daily, makes it a lovely setting to relax.

paints all like a Springtime Dance;
Nothing else we shall here lack
for a lasting, sweet Romance. 

Even in the darkest Night
There is Nothing here to Fear,
"The Light of Gods" is shining, bright
and wipes out any Tear.

The Sparrows Chirping reminds me,
when they wallow in the Pool,
to join the Seagulls in the Sea -
Summer heat remains so cool.

 Die Blaue Lagune von             Budikovac

   Es gibt ein Inselland,
   dass wie ein Herz ausschaut;
   ins Mittelmeer verbannt,
   Gottes Land zerfällt hier unbebaut.

   Nicht gar fern von dort,
   liegt die Lagune blau,
   ein ganz gar selt’ner Ort,
   gänzlich nett, nicht rauh.

   Süß wie Honig pur,
   mit Blaubeerenmus,
   außergewöhnlich nur,
   dieser Adria Gruß.

   Hinzusegeln wünsch‘ ich dort,
   vielleicht nicht allein,
   hoff‘ ich seh‘ Dich bald vorort,
   soll’s in der Lagune sein.

many Hours, I spent there,
many Days and more.

Miles away from Rush and Town;
Seagulls, Stones and sandy Dust
and the Natures greenish Crown,
is the Love in that we trust.

Nature calls it naturally,
far away from Stress and Pain;
Take the Ease of this Sea Valley,
any „Thing“ else goes just in Vain.
