Once upon a Time
by the Islands of Paklini,
charming as Blue Wine
at the Beach of Mlini;

At the hanging Trees of Pine
hangs down a Bikini,
no one said it’s mine;
it belongs the Girl Praline.

The Enchantress of the Dreams
swims around so bare,
till Poseidon’s current Streams
take good care of her,
and kidnap as it seems
the Maiden unaware,
with well-mastered Beams
and take her to their Master’s Chair.

Laying at his Feet,
he bows down to look,
his fierce Eyes slowly meet,
the Maiden which he took.
He lifts her on his Seat
and shows her in his Book,
her name, she starts to read,
that was Neptun’s lilac Hook.

She smiles and gently talks:
„O Lord behold, I have been told“:
„“If gracefully she daily walks,
even naked in the Cold,
her Destiny soon stalks,
and steals her, very bold!““
Immorality, it never halts,
when Destiny keeps hold.“

The Festival, it starts,
the Engagement, it is great;
Both sides exchange their Hearts,
because it was their Fate;

And Fate is standing in their Charts,
where is Love, there can’t be Hate;
„Big Player“ played his winning Cards,
Old Love was on the Bait.

Paklini Inseln Mlini Strand

Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit
bei den Inseln von Paklini,
Blauer Wein steht nun bereit,
an de Strand von Mlini.

An den Kiefern nicht zu weit
hängt ‚runter ein Bikini,
niemand sagt, es sei ihr Kleid;
gehört’s dem Mädel Praline.

Eine Zauberin vom Traum
schwimmt so nackt einher,
bis Neptun’s Meeresschaum
auf sie achtet sehr,
die Jungfrau ahnt es kaum
und wird entführt ohne Gewähr,
mit Strahlen von dem Schaum
und bringt sie zum Thron des Herrn vom Meer.

Zu seinen Füßen liegend,
so beugt er sich hernieder,
in seinen Augen wiegend,
die Jungfrau seiner Lieder.
Auf den Sitz, er hebt sie siegend,
zeigt ihr in seinem Buche wieder,
Ihren Namen so anschmiegend,
Neptun’s Haken schön wie Flieder.

Sie lächelt, spricht mit Glanz:
„O Herr sieh‘, mir wurd‘ gesagt:
„“Wenn sie an-mutig täglich tanzt,
gar nackig in der Kälte plagt,
vom Schicksal wird sie bald bekranzt,
dass sie frech stiehlt und nicht lang‘ fragt!““
Unmoral wird aufgeschanzt,
wenn gutes Schicksal hervor ragt.“

Das Fest, es soll beginnen,
Die Verlobung, wunderbar;
Sie tauschen Herzen wie von Sinnen,
ihr Schicksal bringen beide dar;

Dem Schicksals Chart kann nichts entrinnen,
wo Liebe ist, verliert Hass gar;
Der „Grosse Spieler“ wird gewinnen,
weil sein Köder Liebe war.
